alexandra Mcclay
Alexandra is a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health with a passion for helping others to do and feel their best in life. Massage therapy was a natural choice as many of her past professions, such as yoga instructor, social worker, and weaver/alpaca hand, had a strong focus on either nature, wellness, and/or helping others. Most recently, while living in the Caribbean, she has been a business manager, mountain hiker, beach swimmer, and most importantly, new mom.
Moving to New Hampshire has been an exciting journey and a welcome change that has allowed her to develop new and dynamic skills as a massage therapist. Alexandra is extremely grateful to be part of the Integrated Massage and Wellness team and to have the opportunity to work with those in need of therapeutic touch, ranging from gentle to deep tissue. Her calm demeanor and thoughtful approach to therapy sets a relaxing and rejuvenating tone so that you can receive the massage that your body needs.
Jayna lafontaine
Jayna completed the 770 hour Holistic Massage Program at Spatech Institute in June 2017, and has been practicing as an LMT ever since. As someone who has always worked with their hands as a musician, artist, and gardener, massage is something that came naturally to her.
Jayna's approach to massage incorporates stretching, myofascial, deep tissue, range of motion, trigger point, positional release, polarity therapy, craniosacral therapy, and acupressure. She alternates purposeful intensity, and graceful flowing movements. She believes in meeting each client where they are at to help them reach their treatment goals whether it be pain relief, relaxation, or a little bit of both.
When she is not in the office, she is out in the woods foraging, wildcrafting, tending to her herb, flower, and vegetable gardens, and attending to her Motley crew of barnyard animals.
