Hi, I’m meagan!

I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a Massage Therapist! With no pressure other then my own I felt this wasn’t a suitable career so I decided to distract myself with every other degree known to man!

After working Corporate Life for about 5+ years I made a big leap, left everything I knew and decided to clean houses and continue serving to put myself through Massage Therapy School in hopes of finally finding my calling. LUCKILY I absolutely fell in love!

I found a home within Integrated Massage WELL before working there and knew the moment I started practicing this would be my home for some time!

I purchased IM in 2018 and have been enhancing the beautiful practice with my passion and flare for holistic healing ever since. My desire is to be able to provide a safe and welcoming space for a abundance of healing modalities to open the mind and create physical opportunities to all.

Along with Integrated Massage I’m also co-owner of The Fermanent here at Pointe Place! I’m a 200 Hr Certified Yoga Instructor, I have a BS in Marketing & Communications from Plymouth State University & an MBA from Southern NH University!

I live in Dover and own a home with my partner Bryan, our son Leo and Bryan’s amazing kids Jackson and Olivia & our doggies Izzy & Marshie.

alexandra Mcclay

Alexandra is a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health with a passion for helping others to do and feel their best in life. Massage therapy was a natural choice as many of her past professions, such as yoga instructor, social worker, and weaver/alpaca hand, had a strong focus on either nature, wellness, and/or helping others. Most recently, while living in the Caribbean, she has been a business manager, mountain hiker, beach swimmer, and most importantly, new mom.

Moving to New Hampshire has been an exciting journey and a welcome change that has allowed her to develop new and dynamic skills as a massage therapist. Alexandra is extremely grateful to be part of the Integrated Massage and Wellness team and to have the opportunity to work with those in need of therapeutic touch, ranging from gentle to deep tissue. Her calm demeanor and thoughtful approach to therapy sets a relaxing and rejuvenating tone so that you can receive the massage that your body needs.

Jayna's approach to massage incorporates stretching, myofascial, deep tissue, range of motion, trigger point, positional release, polarity therapy, craniosacral therapy, and acupressure. She alternates purposeful intensity, and graceful flowing movements. She believes in meeting each client where they are at to help them reach their treatment goals whether it be pain relief, relaxation, or a little bit of both.

When she is not in the office, she is out in the woods foraging, wildcrafting, tending to her herb, flower, and vegetable gardens, and attending to her Motley crew of barnyard animals.
