Lyndi Sargent is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Professional Doula, Reiki Practitioner and has several certifications in Childbirth Education. Lyndi is a native of the New Hampshire Seacoast. She has devoted her career to helping others achieve their goals and make positive changes in their lives. Lyndi understands the devastation that comes with chronic pain. In 2012 she suffered a terrible skiing accident, tearing her ACL and damaging discs in her back. Her personal journey through pain has helped her reach a new level of compassion with others. Lyndi has become a leader the field of non invasive pain management and is committed to helping others get their lives back on track.
Tracy came to NH from Omaha NE in 1995. She was in the middle of her massage therapy training and finished here in Manchester at Northeastern Institute of Whole Health. She has practiced massage therapy along with being a dental assistant and being a certified hospice and palliative care nursing assistant. Tracy still feels privileged to be able to work as a massage therapist for hospice caregivers, administrative and house staff at a local hospice house. Tracy enjoys working with people of all ages, but has a special fondness for geriatric massage. In addition, she specializes in head, neck and shoulder work for headache sufferers. When she is not working she loves spending time with her teenage son and enjoys the beach any time of the year.
Amanda Legsdin is a Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Bowenwork Practitioner and Associate Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer.
Amanda enjoys working particularly with clients who have chronic pain conditions and posture imbalances. Myofascial Release and Bowenwork therapy are the focus of her bodywork techniques for chronic pain because of her own positive response to these two modalities in helping her issues of migraines, pain and poor posture. Her treatments may include instruction on exercises and stretches for faster recovery time. Amanda’s skincare philosophy is holistically based with emphasis on good diet, low stress, and gentle yet effective products that support skin’s naturally healing abilities.
